I just placed an order. When will it ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours of processing time for your order to ship. The average shipping time is 7-10 business days, excluding holidays. Tracking numbers will be updated in 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped. If you don’t have a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at contact@luxelanellc.com.

I am not satisfied with my order; how can I return it?

We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund, however, the cost of shipping for the return must be paid by the customer. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of the original purchase. Please include the order number, name, and shipping address on the return label.

Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Can I cancel my order?

The order may be canceled during the processing time before it has been shipped out. Email us your cancellation request at contact@luxelanellc.com. We do not guarantee cancellation, but it can always be returned after receiving a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address; can it be fixed?

Contact us at contact@luxelanellc.com with the order number and correct address within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 7-10 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is applied for orders over $100 before taxes.
